Not for everyone. On purpose.

You’re mid-career in product, engineering, or design, and a large share of your net worth sits in one company’s stock. Somewhere in the last few years your compensation stopped being a salary and started being a puzzle. You have more money than time to manage it properly.

Something moved recently: a grant, an offer, a date on the calendar. You’re here to work out whether you still want to handle it alone.

What our clients didn’t know to look for

Most of these weren’t on the list when we started.

An ISO exercise that becomes a surprise AMT bill
Disability coverage that only accounts for base salary
Charitable gift bunching with appreciated stock and a donor advised fund
A previous state’s claim on RSU and option grants
Out-of-state property subject to ancillary probate
Income planning for marketplace health insurance subsidies
Post-termination exercise periods on vested equity
Superfunded 529s using up to five years of gifts
Tax differences between single and double trigger RSUs
Estimated tax payments to cover RSU underwithholding
Umbrella coverage for millions in liability exposure
Tax savings with the mega backdoor Roth

Who this isn’t for

Being specific about who we serve means being honest about who another advisor would serve better.

  • 01 You’re looking for a financial product or a one-time transaction, not a long-term relationship.
  • 02 Your situation is straightforward, and what you need is a few specific answers or someone to point you in the right direction. Our fee is priced for ongoing coordination, not for a question every other year.
  • 03 You’re at the point where the main questions are when to claim Social Security and how to enroll in Medicare. Our work sits in the decades before that.
  • 04 Everything we do runs over video, email, and shared documents. If you’d rather meet in an office and sign things in person, we’re not set up for that.

If this sounds like you, let’s talk.

A 45 to 60 minute phone call. We’ll start with whatever pushed you to read this far.
