Nobody’s closing anybody.

This process exists so both of us can find out whether this works. You’re evaluating us, and we’re evaluating you. No need to guess.

Phase one · Prospective client

Four meetings to find the fit.

Figure less than a day of your time, spread across four to six weeks. Enough to see how we actually work.

  1. Introductory Call

    Length
    45–60 minutes
    Format
    Phone
    Who
    Any household decision maker

There’s nothing for you to prepare. Tell us what’s going on and what made you book the call. If we can help, we’ll explain what happens next. If we can’t, we’ll point you to someone who can.

We won’t ask you to do any work unless we’re both ready for a second meeting. When we are, we’ll send a secure link for a few key documents, so the next conversation starts with you, not your paperwork.

  2. Foundations Meeting

    Length
    60–90 minutes
    Format
    Zoom
    Who
    All household decision makers

The one where we ask what you actually want to accomplish with your money, which is harder to answer than it sounds.

Most people arrive with one thing on their mind, usually the RSUs, or when they could realistically step back from work or stop altogether. They leave with a ranked list of things they’d never considered part of the equation. The list ends up being what their entire plan is built around.

  3. Blueprint Meeting

    Length
    45–60 minutes
    Format
    Zoom
    Who
    All household decision makers

How you’ve invested so far, what shaped that, and how much risk you can live with (not how much you can tolerate on paper).

Then how we’d build the portfolio, and a fee illustration with your specific numbers. Anything still unanswered gets answered here, so Presentation is all findings and no catch-up.

    Next meeting7–10 business days

  4. Presentation Meeting

    Length
    60–90 minutes
    Format
    Zoom
    Who
    All household decision makers

Everything we found: what’s working, what isn’t, and what we’d do first. Prioritized using your list, not ours. Then we ask whether you want to move forward. That’s the entire close.

If you’re ready, we’ll send you the client agreement to review ahead of our Kickoff Meeting.

    Kickoff Meeting3–5 business days

Phase two · New client

Where the work gets done, and stays done.

The first few months ask the most of you, because we’re building the structure that carries everything after. Once it’s up, we’ll hold it together.

  1. Kickoff Meeting

    Length
    45–60 minutes
    Format
    Zoom
    Who
    All household decision makers

We’ll sign the client agreement, then walk through your consolidation plan: a map of which accounts are moving where, and what each one is for. We’ll set up your eMoney portal, where you’ll see your whole financial picture in one place, and your Action Center, where you’ll always know what’s outstanding and whose turn it is.

    Next meeting5–7 business days

  2. Plan Delivery

    Length
    60–90 minutes
    Format
    Zoom
    Who
    All household decision makers

Presentation was what we found. This is what we’re doing about it.

We sort the recommendations into what’s handled now and what waits, then agree on an implementation plan with real dates and an owner on every item. We’ll start on the highest-priority items before the meeting ends.

    Next meeting5–7 business days

  3. Implementation

    Sessions
    As many as we need
    Format
    Zoom
    Who
    All household decision makers

We keep working through the high-priority items together rather than emailing you a to-do list.

Everything that can be done without you, we do. For the rest — the option exercises, the retirement account rollovers, the estate documents — we’re on the call making sure it goes right.

  4. Monitoring and Updates

    Cadence
    2–4 strategy meetings a year
    Format
    Zoom
    Who
    All household decision makers

We’ll start this cadence once your initial items are cleared, not while we’re still implementing. Each meeting comes with a prepared agenda, built from what we’ve identified or you’ve raised since the last one. Between meetings, we’re working ahead of deadlines rather than reacting to them.

Whether you got a job offer or need a gut check, we want to hear from you. Nothing is too small for an email, a phone call, or an impromptu Zoom.
